Credible investigator and aerospace expert, Michael Schratt, suggests nearly all or around 95% of all UFO sightings involve government manned vehicles or craft, that are apart of secret projects the American and possibly other world governments are conducting. He cites that some spotted UFOs have build features and engineering designs reminiscent of Human workmanship, such as pipes and bolts and other mechanical feats seen on military vehicles and Human made transportation systems.
He claims the UFOs of potential extraterresstial origin, are rare. John Lear also asserts this. "Most of those are ours" - John Lear
